Run Vineland Crew

A group of collective dustmakers.

Newbies and vets. Milers and marathoners. Grandparents, parents, and children. The Run Vineland Crew [RVC] is the backbone of The Movement that SCR has put into motion. Vineland needed more than just a running club and what came out of that need was a crew. A diverse group of individuals that understand and feel how important running is to cultivating a strong sense of community. These athletes put in the work to not only meet their own goals, but also to help others set and meet them.

What does it cost?

Nothing! Buy a singlet or a hat if you wanna rep the crew, but otherwise it’s totally free and there’s no commitments.

When do they run?

Regular group runs are currently every Sunday at Campanella Park. Meet at 8 am and run by 8:15. Check out the Run Vineland FB Group or on Instagram for updates on those runs and other Pop Up Runs the crew hosts.

What’s a Pop Up Run?

A group run typically planned no more than a week prior. Pop Up Runs happen at different locations all the time and sometimes have certain themes or goals (i.e: running the bridge into Ocean City.)

Do I have to be from Vineland?

Nope. There’s people from Atlantic, Burlington, Salem, and Cape May counties repping RVC.

Best way to keep up with Run Vineland Crew?

The Facebook group is where most of the work gets done. Workouts are shared, runs are set up, and plenty of motivation and support can be found in daily postings. Not the FB type? Best bet is to catch them at a local race and chat it up.
